2020 CWL Moments

Special moments for our ladies, outreach and fellowship.

September 2020 - Our weekly Virtual Rosary sessions are a success along with our 12 hour of prayer.  Both taking place on Monday's from September to October.

September 2020 - To celebrate the League's 100th anniversary, we planted an ornamental pear tree at the Parish.  Members of the current executive and a number of our Past Presidents gathered for the blessing by Bishop Douglas Crosby.  It was a beautiful fall day to come together and celebrate the League's accomplishments. 

June 2020 - Social connections are so important, especially amidst this pandemic.  Our CWL executive met virtually throughout the summer and fall to discuss additional ways to stay connected with our members and how we can still move forward to make a difference as Sisters in Christ. 
  
World Day of Prayer - March 6 2020 - Thank you to all of our special guests who joined us at St. Michael Parish to celebrate and pray for Zimbabwe.  The power of prayer is so great and with millions of people joining in prayer today, only great things can happen.

Shrove Tuesday - February 25 2020.  Our ladies serving pancakes, sausage, fruit and treats to the residents at Supportive Housing of Waterloo (SHOW).  Many of the residents remembered us from last year and we remembered many too.  An entertaining evening - fun, good food, great company!
